On May 31 2005 when I opened my Calendar Today() was not there without
scrolling. BOOOO. May required 6 weeks and the default (um, no, make that the
ONLY) view is the first 5 weeks of the current month.
If today is the last day of a 31 day month I don't need to know what
happened on the 1st as much as I need to know what's happening today.
I want to be able to set which other 4 weeks to see in the 31 days view: 1
before and the next 3 is what I would choose, but there might be others who
would choose 3 before and the next 1, or the previous 2 and next 2. That way,
when a month spans 6 weeks you would see the relevant days.

Simply not true.  My Month calendar displays Sunday as the first and Tuesday
as the 31st, all within the default 5 week view of the month.   Do you
compress weekend days?

> Yes... agree, agree... should only show 1 week back from current date and 5-6 weeks forward everytime you open 31 day Month View... this problem is a real paing at the end of the month in particular.

Don't use compressed weekends or create a custom view without compressed
weekends to use at the end of longer months, especially for months that
begin on Sunday.
