Where can I see appointment owner in shared calendar?

Well, the calendar is used to manage booking of a training room so if a
change needs to be made and/or the owner of the appointment contacted, it
would be useful to know WHO to actully get in touch with...
(couldn't find this anywhere: in the appointment itself or proporties)

On the appointment there is a tab called scheduling that should show all the
attendee and the organizer of the meeting, providing you are on an Exchange
server.

Not really sure about servers and things but the room is shown as 'Meeting
Organiser' (?!?).
The information has to be somewhere, Outlook tells me I don't have the
rights to make any changes (i.e. it knows the owner, it just keeps that
information from me, the mean thing).
Please tell me that there is some sort of logic in its madness...
