Updating to Outlook 2003 - Viewing Calendars in 2002

I am wanting to update my Outlook to 2003, but all the other staff members
have Outlook 2002...will I still be able to view their calendars and make
changes?

We have a mix of OL 2000, 2002, and 2003 here accessing an Exchange 2003
server and shared Calendars work fine between all versions.
