My eyesight is not good. How can I make the font larger in calendar so I may
read the schedule printouts better? I am using XP.
Hi,
Follow the steps below to increase the font size in your calendar.
- Open Outlook
- Click on Calendar
- Click on View > Arrange By > Current View > Customize Current View
- Click on the "Other Settings" button
- From within this screen, you can choose to change the Font and Font Size for the Day, Week and Month views.
- Click the "Font" button underneath the view you would like to change, and increase the Font size

I tried to follow your instructions. When I clicked on View there was no
Arrange By to click. I urgently need larger font type on my calendar.
Please help.

I, too, cannot read the small font. When I tried your instructions, after
clicking on View, I was unable to find "Arrange by" anywhere. What should I
do? thank you.
