Outlook calendars public via a Network?

I work for a company that all the computers are connected via a network.  How
do I view other employees calendars to schedule meetings and such?

Do you have an Exchange Server in the office? An Exchange Server enables a
whole slew of sharing/scheduling features. Otherwise take a look here for
some alternatives:
