I cannot get the "Show End Times" to work in Calendar

I have a user that wants appt begin & end times. Went into Calendar,
selected 31/Month view (day / week / month), then via menu - View, Arrange
By, Current View, Customize Current View. Clicked Other Settings, and under
Month, click the "Show End Times" and it doesn't work. The only way that it
does work is if you goto the Control Panel, open Regional and Language
options, click customize, then select the Time tab, and change the time from
"h:mm:ss tt" to "HH:mm:ss" and then apply ok, apply ok.

SYMPTOMS
If you set the monthly view of your calendar to show end times for
appointments, the end times do not appear in print preview or the printed
results.

RESOLUTION
Set the page orientation to Landscape and the appointment print font size to
6 point or smaller.
