How to you set the calendar to print the appointment's beginning AND ending times in the "monthly" view? Per instructions located on microsoft.com @ http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;222847 SYMPTOMS If you set the monthly view of your calendar to show end times for appointments, the end times do not appear in print preview or the printed results. Back to the top RESOLUTION Set the page orientation to Landscape and the appointment print font size to 6 point or smaller. They never said their solutions were GOOD solutions, did they!! <VBG> I guess our only solutions are to either change to something besides Microsoft, and not be able to communicate with the rest of the world, or be stuck with itsy bitsy teeny tiny calendars!!!! I think they truly believe that no one EVER PRINTS ANYTHING OUT anymore!!!!!! dj > Thank you.
