According to the help function in Outlook 2000 to Remove a form from a forms library On the Tools menu, click Options. Click the Other tab, and then click Advanced Options. Click Custom Forms. Click Manage Forms. Select the form in either your personal or organizational forms library, and then click Delete. Custom Forms does not appear anywhere after clicking the advanced options button. Can anyone help? Leon You're in Internet Mail Only mode, which doesn't support that option. You can either just leave the form where it is, switch to Corporate Workgroup mode, or write code to remove the form.
