Time change on meeting invitations

When I send attendees a meeting invitation, the time reflects one hour later
on their system.  I have checked my settings and all seem to be correct re
time zone, etc.

Both the Windows DST and the Calendar DST settings must agree with each
other on both systems (one system doesn't have to agree with the other,
though).
