Printing from Outlook

In my task list I have only active items but when i go to calender and print
for my Franklin Planner it prints with deleted items. How can I gid rid of
them in the printer view and print.

What calendar view are you using? What prints is determined on what view you
are currently using. Therefore if the view you have does not filter off
deleted items than you will see them on your prints as needed items. I would
start by going to Customize Current View and filtering the deleted or
changing the view to something else.
