Outlook Calendar should include a feature to recall appointments.

Email can be re-called and calendar appointments and replies should have the
same attached technology also. It's weird that the
functionality/feature/technology/bug is supported in parts of Outlook but not
others!

Recall only works under very specific circumstances, so specific that it's
mostly useless - you can cancel a meeting request and it works pretty well.
