When accessing calendar appointments remotely using exchange web access, my
appointment times are discrepant by one hour 9ahead). Does anyone know of a
fix for this?

Check your daylight savings time and time zone settings. Tools, Options,
Calendar Options, Time Zones. Make sure the box "automatically adjust for
daylight savings time" is checked (assuming you live somewere that observes
DST).
