I have two calenders in outlook, one for my palm and one for my phone. On my
palm calender I keep a lot of information, more than can be stored on my
phone. This is why I created a second calender for the phone. What I would
like to have happen is when I enter an appointment on my "phone" calender I
would like it to automaticle copy/paste to my "palm" calender. This way I
would not have to enter items twice or drag and copy items. And I would not
forget to include appointments on my "palm" calender.

G"Day Sam,

I have two Calendars, one for myself and one for my wife.

If I create an Appointment for both of us, then I would like:
whichever Calendar I create it in to copy it to the other.

If I create an Appointment for one of us, then I would like:
It to end up in the correct Calendar even if by mistake I
create it in the wrong Calendar.

If ..... well I really need Outlook to be psychic, IF that's not
too much to ask.

'course I'll probably just have to write some VBA code - or
pay some one else to!

I don't know of any automated way Outlook will do this out-of-the-box.
Perhaps a commercial tool is available that can.
