Outlook Calender, show time as, allow "special event" option

Introduce additional option with special highlight colour to mark events
other than busy or tentative, etc. Describe as 'special event' to provide for
a unique occasion requiring highlight but for which you may also be 'free'.
A unique colour may work best to highlight this.

Outlook 2002 and 2003 allow you to Label in colour.
