I don't know. How do I figure that out. Sorry, not to fimilar with Outlook.

well.. you should know if you are using Exchange server for your email and
calendar - so you probably aren't. Look in Help, about for the outlook
version. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.htm for the different
ways to share calendar and contacts without Exchange.
