Data in my calendar is inaccessible

I am running Outlook 2002 on Windows 2000.

I had a corrupt .pst file, and was able to recover some of my data from my
pst file backups and using scanpst.exe on a copy of my corrupt file.

However, my Calendar is completely blank.  All I get is "78 reminders"...all
due in x minutes...and all the recurring items I had in my calendar.  If I
open an intem in the reminder pop-up, I get this error: "Cannot open the item
for this reminder.  You changed one of the recurrences of this item, and this
instance no longer exists.  Close any open items and try again."

How can I find the data in my Calendar?

Did any of the backups have a Calendar folder in them? Sounds like most of
the damage happened to the Calendar data in the damaged file.

To clear up the bad reminders you can try starting Outlook once with the
/cleanreminders command line switch. This switch (and a few other really
helpful ones) are discussed here:

Thanks Vince.
Is the Calendar stored in the Outlook.pst folder?  If not, I guess I didn't
have a backup.  Or is it a separate file?  Or must I create a copy of my
calendar? (I just found this info...
http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/assistance/HA010347731033.aspx)

If the Calendar folder is a separate file, how do I find it?  Now, I can
enter items in my calendar, but they aren't displayed (though I get reminders
for them).

The Calendar 'folder' is stored in your PST file (which may be called
Outlook.PST)
