Hello - I currently display my personal outlook calendar and a public
calendar side-by-side.  I want to copy most of the public calendar
appointments into my personal calendar so I can sync to my PDA.  I can copy
one appointment one at a time, but wondered if I could do an entire day
(preferably an entire week) at a time.

Thanks,

WK

Yep.  There are various ways.  You could use the CTRL click method to select
the whole week's meetings and then Right Mouse drag to your Calendar.  When
you release, select Copy.
