I'd like to be able to view a whole year in the Outlook calendar, so I can
view major project milestones, project phases, exhibitions and conferences

Nothing is built into Outlook to do this, but there is a third party program

That is absolutely crazy.  How could MS Outlook not have a year planner?
Even Lotus does!  EGADZ.

The planet software has no uninstall programme and cannot colour existing
calendar entries, only new. Installation is not easy if you have 2003 SP2.
These are serious limitations. I haven't found any other outlook integrated
year planer.
