We have a user who cannot access his emails through the web. At his desktop,
using his outlook client, everything is fine. Through the web (and from
different comps/browsers) his email account, once logged in, displays no info
as if it had never been used. We are using Outlook 2003. Any ideas/advice
would be helpful.

Thanks.

an exchange user. Everything seems to be set correctly in active users and
computers compared to others.

When you say "through the web", are you referring to Outlook Web Access or
some other means?

Yes-- outlook web Access. His outlook client will display emails correctly.
His account shows up as having 71 emails on the server. Yet nothing is shown
when he logs in over the web to access his email account.

Thanks,

Julie

I forgot -- I was able to do it on my machine. He is in california and I am
in Minnesota. I can see my emails through the web fine. I can get into his
inbox etc fine. I just can't see any emails (it's empty). We tried it on
multiple browsers and multiple machines. It seems to just be his account.
