Yes-- outlook web Access. His outlook client will display emails correctly.
His account shows up as having 71 emails on the server. Yet nothing is shown
when he logs in over the web to access his email account.

Perhaps he has something on his PC blocking the scripting OWA needs to
display its information.

I forgot -- I was able to do it on my machine. He is in california and I am
in Minnesota. I can see my emails through the web fine. I can get into his
inbox etc fine. I just can't see any emails (it's empty). We tried it on
multiple browsers and multiple machines. It seems to just be his account.
