I bought a P900 Sony Ericcson phone Dec 03. For some time now when I
syncronise my phone with the Microsoft Calendar the appointments are about 8
hours out. I have checked all the time zones on both my computer and phone.
They are fine, but the problem persists.

Have you spoken with the phone's or the sync software's vendor?

No, my first port of call has been microsoft, and I got re-directed here. I
have downloaded the up-grade for the software fo the phone. Sorry to be so
ignorant, but I also thought that the microsoft office was the sync software
supplier

Not necessarily.  According to Sony Ericsson's web site, the P900 uses a
software program called Sony Ericsson PC Suite for syncing.  The P900's OS
is Symbian OS 7.0, so it won't use either ActiveSync or Pocket Mirror.  Only
ActiveSync is a Microsoft product.
