My boss works from his home, and I work from mine.  Our computers are not
networked in anyway.  He wants me to be able to view his Outlook calendar, as
well as make changes to it, add appointments, etc.

If we subscribe to MOOL, will this be possible?  I am concerned from what I
have read that I will only be able to view & alter his msn/hotmail calendar
via MOOL.  He only uses his Outlook calendar, so if my access is through an
msn/hotmail calendar I need to be sure of 2 things:  (1)  Any change I make
will be present on his Outlook Calendar and   (2)  I am readily able to view
his Outlook Calendar.

If he gives you his MSN Passport credientials, I imagine.  However, I
suspect that would violate MSN's terms of use.
