Items delete after date has passed.

"All Day" items get deleted after the date has passed.  Is there a way to
keep all calendared items on the calendar for archive purposes?  I need to
track vacation days used and they are disappearing...

Check the auto-archive properties on the Calendar folder. You can set the
folder to not archive anything or you can archive the items to another PST
file for later reference.
