Outlook should allow me to delete the various meeting requests and
appointments for a given period at one go. Currently I have to delete them
individually daya by day.
Also the deletion should take care of meeting requests whioch have some more
instances left in the future.

Thanks,
Jigar

Outlook does enable you to do that.

Show your Calendar in the By Category View and sort by date.  The select
whichever date range you want to delete and delete it.

You could also Archive the Calendar and select Delete as the archive
function you undertake.
