How do I accept meeting requests for another's calendar?

Outlook 2003 / Windows XP: I manage a training room calendar in addition to
my own personal calendar. The Training Room is set up as a mailbox on our
system. To request the training room for a meeting our users set up a meeting
request and "invite" the Training Room to attend the meeting. The request is
delivered to my mailbox. I accept or decline the invitation on behalf of the
Training Room.

Unfortunately, when I accept the request for the Training Room, the meeting
appears on my personal calendar, and not on the Training Room's calendar.

How do I set up delegate permissions or other options in Outlook to make
this work correctly? Thank you.

A better method is described on these pages:

I appreciate the suggestion, but setting it up as a Resource presumes
automatic acceptance or declining of an appointment, as I understand it. As
the manager of the schedule, I need the ability to accept or decline based on
a number of factors precluding automatic acceptance.

As I stated earlier, at one time this worked just fine when people "invited"
the Training Room to attend a meeting. As the delegate for the training room,
when I accepted a meeting request for that room, it appeared on the calendar
for the room's exchange account. I know that secretaries do this for their
bosses, so it must be something missing in the setup on my side or the
Training Room's Exchange account. I just can't figure out what.

Thanks for trying to help me.

What other "factors?"
