I'm trying to publish free/busy to my own website via ftp. How does the .vfb
file get created? Is it created when the free/busy is published the first
time or do I have to create it? Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated!! Thank you!

I think it gets created at publish time. There are a few articles about
free/busy publishing troubles. You can find them here:

Hi NL,
I am trying to publish my Microsoft Outlook 2002 to my personal website. I
have read the Microsoft Knowledge Base article Q291621 but it doesn't seem to
be working. Can you help me figure out how to get up and running?
Thank you,
Gary Shelton
