I am having the same issue. There are 4 users total that access a specific
public calender and two of the four users add an all day event spanning
multiple days and then somewhere it gets switched to events with begin and
end times, over lapping, and incorrect end time. Have you found anything of
usefulness in what is causing this? The other two users have no issues with
their all day events.

verify the computers have the correct time and time zones (including DST
settings) - otherwise it's normal for the times to change when viewed from
other time zones.

Thanks. But in my situation it is not a public calander and it is the end
users own calendar that this is occuring to. Only one other user has access
to his calendar and they are both in the same timezone and show the same time
(policied out).
