How can you merge together 2 different profile calendars on one?

I have 2 different calendars one for my company, and one for the company I
consult for.  Is there any way I can view both calendar entries on one
profile in outlook 2003?  It seems like the side by side calendaring
functionality almost gets me there.

Is the company calendar hosted on Exchange?  You can have as many calendars
as you want, if you create them.

One company's calendar is hosted on Exhange (and actually reserves conference
through that too).  I think the issue is I have to manage both calendars
seperately, on different profiles (fortunately they both use outlook) but
there seems no easy way to view them both.  I tried exporting one profile
calendar, then reimporting into the second profile calendar but I could only
import it into that profile's main calendar, not a second calendar within it.
Does that makes sense?
