It would be nice to have incoming/outgoing email easily link to appointments
in the calendar and to the contacts. When someone schedules an appointment,
via email, I would like to have that specific email link to the appointment
(as it often contains additional information relevant to the appointment) and
to the contact. If I look up a contact to see incoming/outgoing email +
calendar appointments, it is better for the client and myself when organizing
future sessions or referring to events backwards in time.
I tried to link all together and it is a pain. Why can I not click on
something in my email that would allow a calendar appt to be made that
connects the two AND the contact to be linked as well.

why not drag the message to the calendar to create the appointment?
