How do i change the first time displayed in the calender?

I changed the start time displayed on outlooks calander, its now starts from
12am and i want to change it back to 8:00am when i start work. Can someone
help with this please?

Tools>Options>Calendar Options.  Set the Start and End times.

When you have set the Start and End times, is it then possible to hide the
rest of the calendar?
