Time of appointment/meeting does not appear in meeting response

I have been asked by several people who frequently schedule large meetings
why the time of the meeting does not appear in the Accepted message.  The
Location and Subject appears, but there is nothing in the "When:" area.  This
becomes problematic when a person schedules multiple meetings with multiple
subjects with the same person.

Thanks for any help you can give me in this matter.
