I am wanting to set up a meeting that has multiple start times in one day
without having to send out two seprate meeting requests.

Is it also possible to set up multiple days in one meeting request?

Not sure if you can do the first thing because appointments typically have
one start & one end time

The second request is easy to do if the multiple days have a definable
recurrence pattern. Click the Recurrence button when setting up an
appointment to define it.
