I just got the school calendar again, and every year I have the same
trouble--and I never have taken the time to figure it out because I just
needed to get it done!

How do I enter events that recur 5 to 20 times a year that have no frequency
pattern?  Such as vacation days, early releases, conferences, concerts,
games, etc, etc.

I know there has to be a better way than retyipng all the information, and
the drag and copy in the monthly view doesn't work well when the next
recurrence is months in the future.

Thanks for yoru help.

Copy one appointment, open it and enter a new date. It might be easier to
use a table view, not the day/week/month view.
