Hi

I'm using Outlook 2003 and, in order to keep my archive pst manageable,
I've created a series of data files in order to store archive emails
according to the year they were received. That has worked very well.

But when Office creates this new data file it doesn't create another
calendar. I was wondering if there was a way I could do this manually so that
I could store my old appointments in a similar way to my emails ie according
to the year? Does anyone know if this is possible?

Many thanks

Try the File | New | Folder command.
