is there a way to import a .vcs (vCalendar) file from the command line?

I know of two ways to get vcs files into Outlook: doubleclick on it (does
only work when the vcs file has one entry only), or import (through File,
Import and Export...).

however, I am looking for another method that would be started like
"importvcs MyDates.vcs"
on a dos command line and would not ask for any interaction (mouseclick,
enter, etc)

does such a tool/script liek "importvcs" exist?

thanks
