I can't see my calendar in print preview?

It doesn't matter which Outlook I use, I can't view my calendar in print
preview.  Print preview works for every other Office product.

I see the print preview window with the normal buttons at the top.  Where the
preview of the calendar should be is nothing but a blank grey area.
