Is there a way to set a calendar event to have multiple reminders, such as
one reminder at 2 weeks, another at 1 week, and another at 1 day?

You can't configure them. You only get to configure the time for the first
reminder and the users can set the time they want to be reminded again

I wrote an Outlook add-in that will create multiple Outlook Tasks based on a
calendar event.  Each task is created with a reminder, so you will end up
with multiple reminders for a calendar event.

You can download the evaluation version at www.docketingsolutions.com.  If
you email me through the website, I will send you the unlock key at no cost,
since I am not selling it anymore.
