Hi! Just starting to set up Outlook 2003, which I love. Installed Outlook
2003 as an upgrade to Outlook 2000, so it appears to be in the (97-2002) data
format. This is okay with me. I spent a lot of time creating automatic
formatting rules while in the Day/Week/Month view, about 11 very simple rules
that apply a color to a category. Then switched to Day/Week/Month with
Auto-Preview, and discovered that none of the colors appeared. Further
investigation demonstrated that none of my automatic formatting rules were
applying to the other existing views (Auto-Preview, Categories, etc.). I have
checked the "create views" window, and confirmed that the view is set to
apply to all folders. Is there a simple way to apply my automatic formatting
rules to all existing calendar views? Or do I need to manually enter the
automatic formatting rules for each view? THANKS.

Unfortunately I don't know of any way to do this automatically. Sorry.
