If I want to send myself a reminder, it's easy enough to set Outlook to remind me. I make up an appointment and set Outlook to remind me XX minutes prior to the action I wish to take. But say I want remind someone else too. Once I add invitees an e-mail goes out right away to the other(s). Is there any way to suppress that e-mail and simply send a reminder XX minutes prior to the activity I wish to remind them of?
