Outlook 2000 - How can I display multiple calendar in one window?

I support several managers and would like to see their calendar in one
window.  How can I give each manager a different background color and display
the calendars side by side.

I know this is possible since I have seen this.

You've seen it in Outlook 2003. In earlier versions, youi would need to open each calendar in its own window.
