i would like to list all my works i did on a particular day. and this i want
to do daily. so that i can show to my officer. this is something like diary...

You can use either the Calendar, Tasks or Notes to do this. What format
would you or your officer like?

Hmmm, the Journal folder might be good idea. Have you taken a look at
Journal entries?
