How can I setup OUTLOOK to stop automatically inserting appointment request
in my Calendar?  I would rather manually accept the request and then have it
inserted into my Calendar.

Tools>Options>Calendar>Resource Scheduling.  Uncheck "Automatically accept
meeting requests..."

thanks for your response; I tried your suggestion but it still allows
automatic calendar inserts.  any other suggestions?
