I have designed a P.2 form with more specific info for appointments. When I
am in Calendar and click New I want P.2 to be automatically inlcuded for
completing the appointment. Also, needs to be included in email to Invited
Attendees. Can only get the generic Appointment and Scheduling tabs to
display on New Appointment screen.

You need to publish the form and make it the new default form.  To make the
new default form, right click on the calendar and select properties.  In
that dialog, use the dropdown window to set your form as the default for new
items.

This works great when 'New Appointment' is clicked on calendar but still
doesn't send P.2 to 'Invited Attendees'. Any solution?

Did you publish the form definitions when prompted?  Use F1 help for
assistance on this.  Or http://www.outlookcode.com for code examples and
other design assistance.

Sorry to be a nuisance...still haven't been able to "Invite Attendees' and
have p.2 included when sent. Only info on the Appointment tab gets sent. I
need to have the info from p.2 go to invitees as well so they know what the
appointment is all about before responding with 'Accept', 'Decline' or
'Tentative". Thx for your help.

What information are you including on P.2 that you cannot include in the
Notes area of Page one?  How are you publishing the form?  Have you
installed in your Organizational Library?

Thx Milly. Still no wiser. A lot of info is included with all appointments
and is simple to enter on my user-defined p.2 w/o random entering in the
notes area of page one with every appointment. I published the form by Tools,
Forms, Publish form (shows up in Outlook Folder and Calendar). Have not been
prompted to publish forms definitions. Have no knowledge of Organizational
Library???
