Can I set up multiple calendars with different time zones

I would like to set up a calendar that uses Pacific Time Zone (USA) and a
calendar for New Zealand Time.
When I recently returned from the USA and altered the clock settings on my
laptop, the dates and times in the calendar I was using in the US changed.

Outlook 2003 has 2 time zone settings.
