I run Outlook at Home and at the Office, and I'ld like to amalgamate my two
schedules without having to re-enter everything.  Is there a way to send one
to the other?

Export the items from the home calendar to a PST file using the File menu >
Export command. Alternately you can copy the Calendar folder (the best way
but a little more involved) to a new PST (File menu > New > Outlook Data
File) by right-click drag/dropping the folder and choosing Copy. Bring that
PST file to the other machine and copy the items into the other calendar
folder
