Hello,

My normal working times are from 8 am to 5 pm.  Frequently, I have to take
conference calls at times like 6 am.  I find that the reminder for them is
set, if at all, to 15 minutes prior which is the default setting.

I would like to know if there is some way that one can get a reminder at say
445 pm on the previous working day in case of appointments before 8 am.

8 am as the starting time and 5 pm as my ending time is already set in my
outlook calendar.

Thank you in advance.

There's no automatic way to do that. Of course, you could set the reminders
that early manually.
