How do I make my Personal Calendar my primary calendar?

Is there a way to make my personal calendar the calendar that opens when I
log into Outlook, instead of the regular calendar?

Only if it is the default message location to which your mail is delivered,
unless you post your Outlook version, in which case there may be another
way.
