I have created a few tasks and have been able to set up the recurrances. Now
when I try to do so, the "Recurrance" option is not available. How can I set
up new repeating tasks?

I'm not sure exactly what steps you are taking.  Make a Task, click the
Recurrence button and set the timeframe.  If Recurrence is hiding, pop open
your toolbars - maybe you have it hidden.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!

Steps:
Create New Task
Enter information for the task (Title, Description, etc)

The Recurrance button is not hiding, it's on the toolbar but looks "faded"
or "washed out" meaning that option is not available. The only way to set up
a recurring task for me now is by CTRL-G, not by clicking on the button.
