I am using Outlook 2000 and Exchange Server 2003 to share calendars. I am in
Australia but we get some outlook recurrent appointments shifting themselves
by an hour at the start of October. There is no daylight saving here yet.

I read many frustrations with this time changeing in outlook calendar. Why
dont MS allow this option to be turned off so that appointments stay at time
set regardless of daylight saving, but particularly regardless of US daylight
saving changes that arent relevant to Australian users?????????????

Seems setup to suit US with no consideration for rest of world.... hmmmmm ..
sounds a bit familia.

Leaving geopolitics out of things see if the Daylight Savings time box is
checked here: Tools menu > Options > Calendar > Time Zone

Even if it were following US Daylight Savings time that ends the last Sunday
of October so changing at the start of October means it's not following
"our" rules.
