System won't let me create new e-mail or forward messages

I went on to my e-mail today and it will not allow me to create any new
e-mail messages or forward ones that I've received. I checked for viruses
and there are none. I'm assuming I must have did something unknowingly but I
can't figure out the problem.

Is this a trial version? Has it expired? If not, then what version of
Outlook are you using? Have you tried Detect and Repair? Have you tried a
new mail profile? What happens when you try to creat a new mail? Any error
message? Exact text?
