You can show two zones on every calendar using the settings here: Tools menu
> Options > Calendar > Time Zone

Scheduling always refers to your primary time zone so setup appointments
based on that (as far as I know although I could be wrong)

I'm not sure I follow - because when dual zones are enabled, you'll see the
time in either zone. Unless you mean if you change your zone on the
computer, it'll change the time to reflect the new time zone offset.

Because scheduling uses UTC and the time zone offset to determine when it
is, it doesn't matter what TZ you use to schedule, as long as it is the
correct time for that zone - i.e., I can make an appointment for noon est or
9 am pt and it will be at the "correct" time in either (or any other) zone
and the reminder will trigger when it is noon et. I can't schedule a meeting
for noon pt and put it in the noon et time slot.
